Microsurgical Precision for the Most Delicate Structures.

The Wolf TruBlue 445 nm laser combines minimal depth of penetration with exceptional hemostasis, enabling bloodless dissection and optimal visibility in the most delicate areas of the ear. Its design prioritizes preservation of critical anatomy and reduced trauma, even in narrow surgical fields.

Microsurgical Precision

The Wolf’s 445 nm absorption properties allow for fine tissue ablation with a CO₂-like penetration depth, enabling dissection without the need for mechanical manipulation (Hess, 2018).

Drier Field

The Wolf TruBlue enabled the removal of a tumor of the middle ear with minimal blood loss in the pre- and postoperative periods without damaging the surrounding structures of the inner and middle ear (Diab, 2019)

Flexibility and Access

Non-contact capability provides handling versatility and lowers the risk of inner ear trauma (Ordonez, 2024).

Applications In Otology

➤ Stapedotomy / stapedectomy ➤ Middle ear cholesteatoma removal ➤ Tympanosclerosis excision ➤ Granulation tissue removal ➤ Tumor excision in the ear canal or middle ear ➤ Hemostasis during mastoid surgery
