Wes Baker
Wes has over 30 years of experience serving the ENT community through his roles with several multinational ENT-specific companies. Wes has touched each of these subspecialties, executing leadership in sales, business management, product design, and training. His technical and clinical merits have contributed to market paradigm shifts in rhinology, otology, and now laryngology with concentrations in energy, motorized mechanical tools, and acoustic delivery devices. Wes graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business as a collegiate athlete.
Daniel Bettenburg
Dan has over 25 years in business finance and management. Prior to investing in inPhase Medical and managing finance, he served as President of Stonegate Mortgage (NYSE:SGM), Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President at GMAC-ResCap, where he was the business unit manager of Homecomings Financial-Wholesale Lending. Dan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in economics.
Matthew Clifford
Matt has 20 years of experience in ENT sales, marketing and business management. Matt has specialized in surgical sales for several prominent companies, serving in multiple capacities, including Manager of Field Training, Surgical Support Manager, Regional Director and Area Manager. Matt has focused his career for the past twelve years in the operating room, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers selling surgical lasers, surgical implants, and accessories. Matt graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a minor in physics.
Brian McSherry
Brian was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps (Reserve) in 1999. Brian defended clients in civil litigation for 15 years: specializing in lawsuits involving products liability, commercial litigation, contract litigation, and construction litigation areas of the law. Brian then transitioned to in-house legal work where he has focused his practice for the past 4 years. Brian is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in English. Brian graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas School of Law with a juris doctorate degree and is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
